We provide custom software development, mobile application development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are defined in separate project agreements or statements of work between Ban Technologies and the client.

4.1 Our content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of Ban Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
4.2 Client work
Ownership of work product created for clients is governed by the terms of the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in custom-developed software transfer to the client upon full payment.
5. Mobile Applications
Mobile applications published by Ban Technologies may be subject to additional terms presented within the app. By downloading and using our applications, you agree to:
- Use the app only for its intended purpose.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Comply with the applicable app store terms (Google Play, Apple App Store).
6. User Conduct
When using our website and services, you agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence within the EU.

14. Severability
