AI for pay transparency: work on your own data
You do the work, we help. Half a day of hands-on work on your own (or sample) data — through job descriptions, job evaluation, and pay-gap regression analysis. With an HR expert and AI engineer available throughout. You leave with finished materials, not theory.
From "understanding the directive" to "a finished result for the board"
- HR leads who need to deliver revised job descriptions, evaluation, and a pay-gap report
- Owners and management who want concrete results, not just understanding of the regulation
- Companies that want to use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to prepare for Directive 2023/970
- Participants who prefer doing the work themselves (with our support) over just watching a demo
- Small group (up to 15 participants) — everyone gets attention and works on their own examples
What we cover in 4 hours + 1 hour of Q&A
You work on your own (anonymised) company data with our live support, or on a prepared real sample if your data isn't ready yet. Each module ends with a concrete result you take home.
Job descriptions
AI review of job descriptions: gender-neutral language, clarity, consistency. We work on your own (or sample) set of job descriptions, through structured reusable prompts.
- Prompt templates for revising job descriptions (gender-neutral language per EIGE guidelines)
- Spotting implicit bias in required qualifications and experience
- Terminology and seniority-level consistency across a set of descriptions
- Iterating with AI: refining, expanding, narrowing the output
- Hands-on work on 3-5 real descriptions from your organisation
Job evaluation
Setting evaluation criteria per Article 4 of the Directive (equal work or work of equal value). Where AI helps with consistency, and where human judgment must remain.
- Evaluation framework per the Directive: skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions
- AI as an aid for consistent ranking of jobs against the same criteria
- Limits of automation: where AI suggests, where humans decide
- Building an evaluation grid for your job positions
- Documentation trail for audit and justification of decisions
Pay gap analysis with AI
Regression analysis on your (anonymised) data — you do it with our help and AI tools. We separate the gross gap into explained and unexplained portions, with HR interpretation of the results.
- Data preparation: the minimum variables for analysis (role, evaluation tier, tenure, gender, pay)
- Anonymising sensitive fields before AI input (using the template from the intro workshop)
- AI-led regression: what the output shows, how to read it
- Separating gross / explained / unexplained gap
- HR interpretation: when the result means "investigate further" vs "justified"
Bonus hour — concrete cases
Open Q&A on participants' specific situations. A mini-consulting block where we work on your specific questions and uncertainties around implementing the directive.
- Q&A on real cases participants bring
- Help with edge-case situations (specific roles, smaller firms, mixed teams)
- Prioritising next steps in your organisation
- Discussion of internal resources vs. external support
Concrete results, not just understanding
You don't leave with theory — you leave with materials you can apply next week.
Revised job descriptions
Gender-neutral, clearer and consistent descriptions, ready for the Directive.
Evaluation grid
Structured evaluation of your job positions per Article 4 criteria.
Pay gap regression
Your first pay gap analysis on your own (or sample) data, produced with AI.
Templates and prompt library
Concrete prompts and workflows you'll keep using after the workshop.
Half a day, hands-on, small group
4 hours of work + 1 hour Q&A
Three modules (≈65-70 min each) + a bonus hour for concrete cases. Three breaks (10/15/10 min) between modules.
Small group (up to 15 people)
Smaller than a standard workshop — everyone gets individual attention and works on their own examples.
Online, in Croatian
Hands-on from start to finish. Q&A throughout. All materials are yours to keep.
Your own or sample data
We send the anonymisation template in advance. If your data isn't ready, you get a realistic sample to work with.

Good to know
Do I need prior experience with AI tools or the regulation?+
No. The workshop is designed so you can start from zero. What matters is that you know what your company needs to deliver under Directive 2023/970; everything else we walk through together. If you'd like a short prep, we send materials a week before.
What if my company doesn't have data ready for analysis yet?+
No problem. We have a prepared realistic dataset you can use to walk through the full process. You'll learn the technique and can apply it to your own data later.
What's the difference between 230 € early-bird and 260 € regular?+
Price is per person. Early-bird (230 €) applies for sign-ups up to 7 days before the session; after that it's the regular price of 260 €. Includes session access, all materials, prompt templates, and a 30-minute follow-up call with us within a month.
How is this different from the free workshop?+
The free workshop is a 1-hour intro — you watch what AI can do and hear what the directive requires. This advanced workshop is 4-5 hours where you go through the full process yourself on your own (or sample) data, with us alongside. You leave with finished results you produced. You don't need to attend the free one first.
Can you come to us, internally?+
Yes. Internal workshops for a single team are available. Price depends on size and location — get in touch for a quote. Content is the same but can be tailored to your specific organisation.
Which AI tools do we need?+
Access to ChatGPT or Claude (free version is sufficient for the workshop). We send a prep email a week before with details. You don't need anything else.

Not sure what fits your team?
Take a short questionnaire (3 minutes) about your processes and challenges — we'll get back with a concrete recommendation: which workshop, which consulting module, or where AI isn't the right tool at all.
An advanced workshop, concrete results.
