AI for non-technical teams: the practical introduction
A hands-on workshop for teams in operations, administration, marketing, customer support - any role where your team uses tools daily but doesn't write code. We show what AI can actually do for your work, where it fits, where it doesn't, and how to use it without becoming overwhelmed.
Most AI training is for developers. This isn't.
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) have become serious workplace tools, not toys
- Most teams use them ad-hoc, getting inconsistent results
- Without structure, you waste time on bad prompts and miss the real value
- Half a day with us replaces months of trial and error
- We focus on YOUR daily work, not generic examples
What we cover in 4 hours
Hands-on throughout. We bring examples from your team's actual work and rebuild common tasks together. You leave with prompt templates and workflows you'll use the same week.
What AI is, what it isn't, and where it fits
A clear, honest framing of current AI tools. No hype, no doomerism. What they're good at, what they're bad at, and how they fit into your existing work.
- Quick tour: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and what makes them different
- What AI is genuinely good at (text, structure, analysis, drafting)
- What AI is bad at (math, current facts, deep judgment)
- Where AI saves real time vs. where it wastes it
- Privacy and data: what you can and can't share with public AI
Smarter prompting: structure, context, and iteration
The single biggest skill jump. We move you from one-line prompts to structured ones that produce reliable, professional results.
- Structured prompting (role + task + context + format + constraints)
- Reusable prompt templates - we build 3 together
- Context-setting: getting AI to understand YOUR work
- Iteration patterns: refining, expanding, narrowing output
- Output formats: tables, bullet lists, formal letters, summaries
Hands-on: AI for your daily work
The core. We work on real tasks from your team's actual workflow and rebuild them with AI. Each participant brings 1-2 real examples (anonymised). You leave with concrete improvements.
- Drafting and editing: emails, reports, proposals, summaries
- Analysis: turning data into insights, structuring messy notes, comparing options
- Research: gathering info on topics, summarising long content, comparing sources
- Communication: translation, tone adjustment, audience adaptation
- Repetitive tasks: identifying what AI can take off your plate
AI agents and workflow automation (light)
A glimpse into what's beyond simple prompting. We show how AI agents can handle multi-step tasks. Demos, not deep technical setup - your team sees what's possible without becoming overwhelmed.
- What an AI agent does vs. a single prompt
- Examples: scheduled reports, multi-step research, automated drafting
- How agents fit with tools your team already uses
- When to call us in (and when you don't need to)
Building your team's AI playbook
We help your team agree on basic ground rules: what AI you'll use, when, how to share data safely, and how to keep results consistent across people.
- Agreed-upon AI tools for your team
- Data handling rules: what's safe to share, what isn't
- A shared prompt library: templates everyone can reuse
- Quality control: when to double-check, when to trust
- Continuous improvement: how to keep the playbook fresh
Q&A and your action plan
Open Q&A on your real situations. Each participant leaves with a personalised action plan: 3 specific things to apply this week.
- Personalised action plan per participant
- Top 3 quick-win applications for your role
- Take-home prompt library (PDF + spreadsheet)
- Optional follow-up consulting if needed
Teams that use tools, not write them
If your team works with documents, data, communications, or processes - and isn't expected to write code - this workshop is for you.
Operations teams
Process documentation, reporting, supplier management, scheduling. AI saves hours.
Administration & office support
Drafting, editing, summarising, organising. AI is a force multiplier here.
Marketing teams
Content drafts, social posts, email campaigns, research. AI as a starting point, not a finisher.
Customer support
Response drafting, case summarisation, knowledge base management.
Half-day, hands-on, customised to your team
4 hours total
Long enough to go deep. Short enough to fit between morning and afternoon work.
4-12 participants per session
Small enough that everyone gets attention. Large enough to share patterns across the team.
Online or on-site
Remote sessions are fully hands-on, not lectures. On-site available across Croatia and the region.
Croatian or English
All materials and discussion in your preferred language. Can mix if needed.

Good to know
We've all tried ChatGPT. What's different about this?+
Most people use AI tools randomly, getting inconsistent results. We give your team structured techniques, shared templates, and concrete workflows that produce reliable output every time.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing depends on team size and whether it's online or on-site. Get in touch and we'll send a clear quote within a day. Larger teams get better per-person rates.
What if some team members are already AI-savvy?+
Great - they'll help us elevate the session. We adapt depth based on the room. Beginners catch up quickly, advanced participants pick up structured techniques and patterns.
Do we need any tools or accounts beforehand?+
We recommend each participant has access to ChatGPT or Claude (free tier is fine for the workshop). We'll send a short prep email a week before. Nothing else needed.
Can we do this for a specific department only?+
Yes. In fact, single-department sessions are usually more useful because we can focus entirely on your specific workflows. We've adapted this for HR, marketing, ops, and customer support.
Is there a follow-up option?+
Yes. After the workshop, some teams want a 1-2 hour follow-up 4-6 weeks later to refine prompts and tackle harder workflows. Others want full consulting on specific automation. Both are available.
Make AI useful for your whole team.
Express interest and we'll send pricing, scheduling options, and answer any questions about how this would fit your team.
